Epi Dermal Leveling
(also known as Dermal Planing or Epi Blading)
Epi Dermal Levelling removes the outer most layers of dead skin cells and vellous/peach fluff hair leaving the skin immediately smooth, supple and vibrant.
Epi Dermal Leveling (blading) is a non-traumatic method of skin rejuvenation. The treatment uses a small blade to remove the top layer of dead skin cells which are responsible for giving the skin a dull and sallow appearance.
Included in this treatment is either an enzyme exfoliation or hydrating mask along with a luxurious hand & arm massage.

Is there any downtime with Epi Dermal Leveling?
The skin may look flushed immediately after treatment, but the flushing is usually very mild and dissapears within an hour or so. On rare occasion the skin does become flakey after Epi Dermal Leveling, this is the skins natural rejuvenation response and usually settles within a day or two.

How is Epi Dermal Leveling performed?
After thoroughly cleansing the skin, a sterilised surgical blade is held against the skin at a 45 degree angle and stroked along the surface to removal dead dull skin cells and vellous (peach fluff) hairs. The blading is blended down the neck and along the hairline, giving a flawlessly smooth finish. Depending on the needs of the individual skin, an enzyme exfoliation or hydration mask is then performed along with a luxurious hand and arm massage. Hydrating and calming serums are then applied, with a recovery balm and sunscreen protection to finish.

What does the Acnelan treatment involve?
The in clinic treatment is a 3 step process.
- Preparation (Deep antibacterial cleanse and Healite II LED Light Therapy)
- Intensive treatment (a multi factor mask, then recovery mask and pore sealing shield). This part of the treatment can be uncomfortable.
- Protection (soothing and repairing post care and photo protection)
The included home skincare regime maintains and targets acne triggers and prevents a recurrence after the peel course is complete.
